Jeff Weinstein
President and CEO
As President and CEO of RightAnswers Jeff Weinstein is responsible for the company's strategic direction and overall growth. During his tenure he has transitioned the company from a content provider to a complete IT knowledge solutions company. His foresight has uniquely positioned the company to help organizations achieve dramatic results in their knowledge management efforts.
Since joining RightAnswers in 2002, Mr. Weinstein has been the driving force behind new products and expanding the companies reach globally. In 2005 he introduced the first version of the Unified Knowledge Suite which today is used by over 250 major global companies. Under his leadership the company has become the most respected name in IT knowledge globally.
As an active member in many industry groups Mr. Weinstein speaks frequently on the benefits of knowledge management in the IT organization. A passion for the business and over 25 years of experience in the industry have given Jeff the insight necessary to expand the reach of RightAnswers.
Mr. Weinstein received an MBA in Business Administration from Monmouth University, and a BS in Chemistry from Alfred University. Prior to his current position, Mr. Weinstein served as Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Alliances at ePresence, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Strategic Network Designs, and National Sales Manager for Magic Solutions, Inc.
Michael Bartkus
VP, Strategic Accounts
Mr. Bartkus has responsibility for sales and partner development of strategic global accounts. His focus has helped RightAnswers to expand existing relationships and recruit new clients with an emphasis on IT and BPO outsourcers.
Since Joining RightAnswers in 2002 Mike has created strategic partnerships with firms such as EDS, Alcatel-Lucent, Wipro, BAE Systems, Nestle, HCL, Travelers, Staples, and Bank of America. His efforts have strengthened the company’s global presence and created key relationships in Europe, India and South Africa. His passion for ensuring that customers achieve their goals has greatly contributed to company’s success.
Prior to joining RightAnswers Mr. Bartkus served as the Vice President of Sales at Ripple Technologies and held key business development positions with both PTS Learning Systems and Octopus Technologies. He is a frequent industry speaker and is a member of the Help Desk Institute.
Mike attended the United States Naval Academy, graduated from The Pennsylvania State University, and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Rider University in New Jersey.
Keith Berg
VP, Professional Services
As Vice President of Professional Services, Keith is responsible for managing the RightAnswers implementation team. He also takes a very active role in pre-sales activities, working with potential clients to determine the best method of deployment for their unique environments.
Mr. Berg started with RightAnswers in 2005 commencing with the initial roll out of the RightAnswers Self-Service™ product. He not only plays a valuable role in customer implementations but has contributed extensively to the creation of the current product line. By incorporating client feedback he has helped to shape the RightAnswers product to address both industry and customer trends.
Keith is dedicated to the success of the RightAnswers client base ensuring that the product is not only tailored to the client’s needs but also their IT environment. He is dedicated to developing software solutions that companies and their employees benefit from and can clearly identify with.
Keith received a BA from the University of Notre Dame in 1995. Prior to joining RightAnswers, Mr. Berg held development, sales and management roles at Dendrite, CyberShift, Extensity and Geac.
Mark Sutter
VP, Engineering
Mr. Sutter is in charge of product development and engineering at RightAnswers. He is personally responsible for directing the creation of new products as well as implementing the hosted infrastructure. As an expert in search technologies Mark plays a key role in creating the technical strategy and vision for RightAnswers.
Mark started with RightAnswers in 2004 and since that time has become a driving force behind the creation of new and exciting products. Mark has developed a dedicated team responsible for the creation of the Unified Knowledge Suite and many other exciting products.
Mr. Sutter is dedicated to creating and delivering products that reduce the amount of time spent on non-creative tasks. He has a talent for merging client needs with exceptional functionality and ease of use.
Mark received a BS from the University of Washington, a PhD. in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a Phi Beta Kappa member. Prior to joining RightAnswers Mr. Sutter worked for Inktomi Corporation & Verity, Inc.
Simon Yelsky
VP, Product Management & Client Success
Mr. Yelsky is responsible for the product vision, design, and delivery and works closely with the development and professional services teams. His responsibilities also include managing the client success team who is responsible for the overall customer satisfaction.
Throughout his tenure Simon has been a catalyst for developing best-practices and creating the right mix of technology, content, and methodologies for clients. He was instrumental in the introduction of the RightAnswers suite of software solutions to the market and continues to add value to these products. Simon’s efforts have helped to expand the company’s offering into product areas such as external content access and Wikis.
Mr. Yelsky strives to help clients utilize new technologies and to provide clarity and insight into the RightAnswers value proposition. His vision has helped to create a best-of-breed solution comprised of cost-effective and technically superior products. Mr. Yelsky is a frequent speaker at industry events on knowledge management topics, most recently presented at HDI 2008 and HDI 2009 annual events.
He received a degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University and holds and MBA in Finance & International Business form the New York University. Prior to joining RightAnswers Simon worked as a technical director at Information Builders & Citibank in New York City as well as for First Empire State Corporation in Buffalo, NY.
